A New Orleans elopement session covers ceremony, couple portraits, and the candid moments between — photographed and filmed as one integrated session. New Orleans has one of the most visually distinctive environments of any American city: iron-lace balconies over the French Quarter streets, the mature live oak canopy of the Garden District's St. Charles Avenue, the Italianate parlors of the Uptown mansion belt, and the Spanish moss-draped bayous at the city's edge.
Photography is delivered as a full edited gallery that holds the warmth and color of the New Orleans environment — the ochre and rose plaster of the Quarter, the deep green of the oak canopy, the flickering light of gas lanterns at dusk. Film is a short narrative cut (4–6 minutes) capturing ceremony audio, ambient New Orleans sound (jazz from a nearby club, the street, the Mississippi at distance), and the portrait session. Both delivered within six weeks.
