Charlotte's size means weddings happen across a significant geographic footprint — the city's sprawl pushes venues from uptown's event spaces out through the neighborhoods of South End, NoDa, and Plaza-Midwood to farm properties in suburban Mecklenburg and Union counties. A wedding photographer in Charlotte needs to know the traffic patterns, the venue character, and the light conditions at the specific time of day your ceremony falls.
We start getting-ready coverage ninety minutes to two hours before ceremony. Charlotte hotels — Kimpton Tryon Park, JW Marriott uptown, and the boutique properties in the neighborhoods — give good getting-ready light and convenient locations for venues on either side of the city center. We follow the day through ceremony, formals, and into reception without pulling couples away from their guests for extended staged sequences.
Editing is in-house by the photographer present. Galleries are high-resolution downloads with a personal print license, delivered within six weeks. Charlotte is a large market and we do not double-book dates.
